Ngā mihi, thank you for shopping with Papa Skincare, we endeavour to process your order within 24 hours, orders placed over weekends or holidays take a little longer as the courier only picks up Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. You can check your order status from our home page chat function.
Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days within Aotearoa and 7 to 14 business days to Australia. FedEX options are available to whānau in Canada, UK and USA.
We can only manaaki our taonga so far. Once it is in the hands of the freight forwarder we have no control of how it is handled. If for some reason your product is damaged in any way please contact us help@papaskincare.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the product.

I don't get into skincare products much but I do use it here and there but I bought the package and thought hmmmmm let's just give a go, I get dry skin now and then and ummmmm this is to literally die for!!!!
My wife also tried it out and said wow this is pretty amazing, she is now using my product so I think we will be buying another package when this runs out or maybe even before it runs out cause there is twice the usage in the house.

Honestly amazing we were gifted a jar. Used it on my son's eczema and it had nearly cleared within 24 hrs. Have used it on itchy bites, cuts and sun burn so far and all have soothed and cleared quickly. 100% Recommend this if you have a skin issue over hydrocortisone. I have face eczema so need to be careful on what I use, used the Meika cream 3 timed and it's completely clear where it takes over a week with prescription creams. Can't wait to try the face scrub.
I use this everyday now and was never into skin care. This shit really works! Straight up tell everyone to touch my skin to prove it!
This moisturiser is the perfect finisher of your skincare routine after a shower with horoi and a face mask/scrub with arohaki. This is great well absorbing and doesn’t leave a sticky residue like some moisturisers. Great for daily wear. Got it for my partner now Mama’s using it too cause she loves it just as much
