Ngā mihi, thank you for shopping with Papa Skincare, we endeavour to process your order within 24 hours, orders placed over weekends or holidays take a little longer as the courier only picks up Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. You can check your order status from our home page chat function.
Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days within Aotearoa and 7 to 14 business days to Australia. FedEX options are available to whānau in Canada, UK and USA.
We can only manaaki our taonga so far. Once it is in the hands of the freight forwarder we have no control of how it is handled. If for some reason your product is damaged in any way please contact us help@papaskincare.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the product.

Horoi bodywash is really changing the way I look after my skin and nourish it. As someone that randomly suffers from skin irritations and seasonal dermatitis with randomly itchy skin usually. Since I’ve started using this (a month now) my skin doesn’t get itchy at all. It’s truly so nourishing and I’ve long loved the benefits of kawakawa and honey combining that with other goodness from our whenua.
Horoi is something you’ll not only love for yourself but my partner loves using this too we’ll definitely be getting some more for us asap!
